Chef Jeroen Achtien has one foot in Lake Lucerne and one in the vegetable garden. This young team succeeds in bringing the right mix for a public that is looking for creative innovation and culinary quality. All plant-based, no - yet - for that the chef himself is a bit too enthusiastic to cook with fish (from the lake) and meat (from the mountains). But apart from that, it is highly recommended because they cook very inventively, and it is not difficult for such a team to also do it all vegetable when asked spontaneously!
