Chef Zineb Hattab has an exceptional talent for Pure Plant cuisine. Her flavours are beautifully balanced, often surprisingly creative, and always presented with genuine passion and conviction. Zurich is fortunate to be home to a vibrant Pure Plant dining scene, and Kle stands proudly among its leading restaurants. Beyond the cuisine, the restaurant embraces diversity, equality and inclusivity, values that are deeply embedded within the team and the overall philosophy. During our most recent visit, it became immediately clear that the cuisine had reached an even higher level of refinement. The dishes displayed greater precision, elegance and maturity, fully deserving of the 5 Radishes distinction. Kle is now one of the driving forces behind the We're Smart® Green Guide in Switzerland, and we couldn't be more delighted to see its continued evolution.
