EquiTable
EquiTable is not a ‘pure sang’ pure plant restaurant. A vegetarian menu is always possible, but 100% pure plant is only possible if it is communicated beforehand when booking. The good news is that the kitchen does promote the Think Vegetables! Think Fruit! philosophy and that plants are almost always in the lead. So seasonal produce is given an important place and is brought in a very sophisticated and beautiful way.
