Rura

First of all I would like to congratulate these young entrepreneurs, Rura is a restaurant that has chosen from the start to offer a plant-based menu and is also rewarded for this by its customers. Namely 50% - and sometimes even more - of the guests also choose this. The vegetable menu is also very well presented, with all the assets that go with it. Maybe a little more refinement and some fresh touches and we're all there. Naomi & Joey deserve to be included in the We're Smart Green Guide with their restaurant, and the 3 Radishes are well deserved!
