The adventurous cuisine of chef Edwin Soumang starts in his 1000 m2 large city garden! The place, the oldest industrial building in Roermond, and the kitchen have something unique. Just a pity that the ingredients from the garden do not get a bigger role. Yet we believe that One deserves a spot in this guide.
