Rosetta
Rosetta makes a pure plant experience completely true. The dishes are presented with a focus on the product, in simplicity but always super flavourful. The pure plant selection is very extensive and highlights everything that is available locally in that season. Chef Elena Reygadas and her team have their own vision of Mexican cuisine, always with a focus on good health, and that apparently goes down well with local and international audiences. A great initiative is also her own training centre to guide young female students into the culinary world.
