Primo
Melissa Kelly is the chef-owner of Primo, located on the mid-coast of Maine. The garden defines her philosophy, which she calls “the full circle kitchen” or the true “farm-to-table” experience. The restaurant is a genuine extension of the farm, and on Sundays you’ll find a 0KM menu to choose from, with everything coming directly from their own cultivation and production. Vegetables take center stage in the concept, always seasonal—of course—but the chickens and other livestock also come from the farm, even the oysters. Everything is done in a relaxed atmosphere and close to nature. Don’t expect fine dining here; it’s all about delicious, wholesome products.
