Chef Christophe Saintagne is happy with a succession of regular fans. And rightly so, because it is a no-nonsense cuisine with taste and with a nice range of vegetable preparations, whether complete or not. In Paris, there is a wide range of good restaurants. We would like to add this one to the to-do list. Maybe if many of us from the We're Smart community get behind vegetable creations, they will become even more important on the Papillon menu. We're also allowed to make an impetus, right?
