The atmosphere of a bistro, a young and dynamic team and a family kitchen. Here the Belgian chef Wim Van Gorp is at the helm. The dishes are primarily built around what the daily market of vegetables has to offer, supplemented with meat, poultry and fish. For example, green Puy lentils are combined with traditional warm sausage, avocado, pickles made from carrots and fresh herbs. As a main course a stew with seasonal vegetables scented with curry and poached sea bass with a ratatouille of beans and soya, radishes, jalapeno, mint with a reduction of beurre blanc with lemon herb.
