Eleonora Rizzo and Erik Regini somehow manage to run both the B&B and restaurant with the two of them, which makes the already great offering even more impressive. Chef Eleonora cooks 110% pure plant and with her cooking shows great skill and knowledge on vegetables and fruits, which come from the region and their own gardens.
