Lof is part of the Pilows Grand Boutique Hotel in Ghent. The 100% plant-based menu is a real hit, as many people in Ghent know, always on the lookout for discoveries. Chef Hannes Vandebotermet surprises with his creations, while always maintaining a balance of flavours. Nice to see how contemporary cuisine evolves and vegetables become more important and significant. Well done chef!
