Le Prieuré Saint-Géry

Chef Vincent Gardinal has many fans from across the language border! It is surprising to see how many Flemings and Brussels residents descend so far to come and enjoy themselves here. Vegetables don't play the main role here, but they do have an important place in every dish! At my request, I was also served a nice colourful vegetable salad for dessert: different kinds of tomatoes, zucchini, fennel, apple, cresses with a fresh vinaigrette. The perfect ending to a successful dinner. The 2 Radishes are rightful.
