Chef Benjamin Laborie's course can fall back on some big names, Michel Guérard and Michel Bras to name just two of them. Both chefs have a weakness for nature and vegetables, so expectations are high. La Table is beautiful place where, weather permitting, you can also enjoy culinary delights from the terrace. The kitchen is rather traditional where vegetables, fresh herbs, cresses and flowers are given ample space. But completely plant-based is not - yet - in the DNA here.
