La Mar, a project by Gaston Acurio and now located in 7 world cities, is the place to be if you want to taste interesting ceviche combinations. We definitely recommend the vegetarian version. That was special. But of course it's all about fresh fish ... and you'll find that in many combinations on the menu. Sashimi and various sushi are also on the menu.
