L’Enclume

Chef Alexander Rothnie is the current left-hand man of the now very famous master Simon Rogan. Today, Simon is mostly busy opening new restaurants all over the world, as a business challenge can count. But meanwhile, does his home base continue to do as well, which was the question we asked ourselves at We're Smart Green Guide. And yes, we continue to be impressed by the fantastic vegetable, flower & herb gardens perfectly maintained by a separate team. Z are in daily contact with the chefs at the various restaurants, but it is the flagship L'Enclume that does lead the way. We remain fans of the pure vegetable menu, still worth travelling up to cartmel, 5 Radishes remains on the wall.
