Hof aan Zee thinks ecologically, wants to reduce waste as much as possible, empathises with the nature they are in and, if you wish, offers a vegetarian version of the menu. It is clear that everything here is under the influence of the new Nordic cuisine: hospitality, new techniques, purity and atmosphere. Chef Marcel Meijer feels completely at home here with his own vegetable garden not far away and the sea at his feet. Life as a restaurateur can be beautiful. Well done!
