In culinary terms, we could just as well have been in Paris, but the skyline makes it clear that this is Tokyo. The Esterre restaurant is on the 6th floor of the Palace Hotel and Alain Ducasse group is the driving force here. Chef Martin Pitarque Palomar got his passion for vegetables from Baumanière and that is certainly noticeable in the colorful dishes. Everything here exudes class and sophistication!
