Chef Sergi Roca was looking for balance, in his kitchen and in his life. This search brought him to Olot where he started his restaurant Equilibri in 2016. But the search is not over, the look is very modern and beautiful, the cuisine based on regional ingredients and rather simply brought with respect in its pure form. Vegetables are on offer, but rather limited. So the quest is not over yet.
