We at We're Smart Green Guide have been promoting De Dyck for years. But, we notice that with chef Martijn Koeleman we get an extra dimension. The gardens around the restaurant get an even more prominent role on the plates, and that makes us happy. The years of perseverance and communication are beginning to pay off and more and more guests are happy with the greater number of vegetable creations on offer. Vegan is not yet possible, but a fully vegetarian menu is.
