Coulisse is certainly an asset in the We're Smart Green Guide. Chef Tim van der Molen creates his dishes with regard for the seasons and the products. The style leans towards a pure Scandinavian cuisine, a simple cuisine that is not only increasingly popular with the chefs, but also with the guests. We liked the range of plant-based dishes.
