We were not only dazzled with the detailed execution of this project, but evenmore the architectural style used. The brothers Sandoval have everything worked out. Their selection of local ingredients is exquisite. Their vegan menu stands out from anything else. Chef Mario Sandoval has convinced us he earns 4 radishes and with those he earns himself a place in the top of Spains’ vegetable restaurants.
