Etxeko

Etxeko is the restaurant of Martin Berasategui in the Bless hotel. On the menu are typical dishes from the Basque Country that come up in an innovative and sophisticated way. On the lunch menu are dishes such as grilled peppers with the belly of tuna, garlic and cumin dressing and also sole marinated with red mojo, spicy avocado and orange.
