Chef Jimmy Boniface is in control of the restaurant's culinary piano at the beautiful Chateau de Mirwart. We're Smart Green Guide is therefore delighted that our advice to also offer a high-end plant food menu is being followed, which was clearly a good move. The chef is totally on board, working with regional produce and lots of vegetables in the main. So not only for the unique setting but also for the exquisite cuisine it pays to come and enjoy.
