Bevir where chef Jose Luis Espino stirs the pots is a real breath of fresh air and discovery in Las Palmas on Gran Canaria. The vegetable menu is simply fantastic.
Were it not for the fact that the traditional basic ingredients like butter, cream and cheese are not allowed to be touched for the chef, this restaurant would get the highest score. But the last does nothing to reduce our enthusiasm, dish after dish were vegetable flavour bombs that we are still enjoying about! Just this, the venue team is also to be proud of. Well done Bevir.
