Mocktails and cocktail with aromatic herbs

Yellow Magic Potion

Ingredients

  • 300 g pineapple, diced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Juice of ½–1 lemon
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 6–8 drops angelica hydrosol (novel food ingredient¹)
  • A few peppercorns
  • 400–500 ml water

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Finish the drink with a garnish of microgreens, such as alfalfa or broccoli sprouts.

Yellow magic potion

Red Magic Potion

Ingredients

  • 200 g raw red beet, diced
  • 50 g fresh ginger root
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 6–8 drops angelica hydrosol (novel food ingredient²)
  • 500–600 ml water

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Finish the drink with a garnish of microgreens, such as alfalfa, broccoli sprouts, radish or cabbage.

Red magic potion

Cool frog

Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 cucumbers
  • Juice of 2 green apples
  • 200 ml gin
  • 6–8 drops angelica hydrosol (novel food ingredient³)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Top up with sparkling water to taste.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a few ice cubes.
