River Cottage Kitchen
River Cottage is the restaurant of British TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, author of more than 20 cookbooks, creator of campaigns for, among other things, ethically produced food, less food waste and greater environmental awareness. His restaurant in the village of Axminster has a cookery school and an organic farm attached to it. The dishes are created using sustainably produced local produce and ingredients and are rich in flavour. The range of vegetarian dishes is quite extensive, as is the range of vegetarian side dishes. There are also River Cottage restaurants in Bristol and Winchester.
