Wils is a contemporary restaurant where it’s a pleasure to linger. You can experience the entire kitchen operation from the front row and enjoy 100% pure plant-based dishes without any problem. Even dairy products are replaced with delicious plant-based alternatives. Simplicity, color, and flavor are the pillars of a cuisine developed in collaboration with Joris Bijdendijk.
