Gabriel Waterhouse and Patricia Wakaimba have a very clear vision. Fine dining in an intimate and accessible setting. The dishes are refined, but still close to its origins and you really take a walk through the forest. It is a true gastronomic joy to be a guest at their dinner party. The gentle service and excellent pairings with the infusion are the ‘icing on the cake’. No fuss with -I am sure- a lot of fuss to create the layered and elegant flavours. See it as an evening out and enjoy being in the hands of this well knit team. It is long menu, yet you don’t walk out feeling overfull. If they would offer a 100% pure plant option, we would recommend them for a 5 Radishes restaurant. For now 4 Radishes covers more than the experience.
