Villa Feltrinelli

Villa Feltrinelli, on Lake Garda, is the restaurant of the stately five star Grand Hotel and also the working area of two-star chef Stefano Baicco. His cuisine includes local specialities that he uses with great ingenuity, in elegant and sometimes unusual creations. Herbs and flowers come from their garden. He uses them in one of his signature dishes, a salad of a hundred different herbs and 25 flowers. On the menu are many vegetarian dishes, but also dishes with fish and meat in which vegetables set the tone.
