Sebastien Ghyselen and An Van Ammel installed their restaurant in the cloister of the former Saint Vincent's Hospital in 2018. In a short time it became one of the most popular in Kortrijk and surroundings. Soon they became 'discovery of the year' for Gault&Millau. Sebastien makes pure, powerful and balanced preparations in which vegetables unfortunately have a limited place, of which we would like to see a bit more.
