Veranda

Davy Schellemans moved his Veranda to a larger building in the former slaughterhouse district. The tight restaurant of yesteryear was about eight times bigger and grew in comfort. Quality and prices were not affected. He still manages to combine vegetables in balanced preparations with powerful flavors such as a combination with candied salsify, ricotta cream, capers and smoked almonds.
