On the top floor of the immensely popular Museum aan de Stroom (MAS), Viki Geunes offers vegetables literally at a high level. His love of fruit and vegetables he demonstrates fully a refined vegetarian 8-course menu 'Groene trend' in which dishes such as beetroot, kombu, shiso and takoyak; BBQ cabbage with shii take, miso and crosne and truffle with quail, salsify, pecorino and hazelnut.
