Sergi de Meia uses only organic products with no ecological impact and processes them in 100% Catalan dishes, with surprising combinations full of taste. In the spring menu, we find recipes such as a salad of langoustines with zucchini and tomatoes; duck salad with quince paste, mushrooms and yoghurt and a combination of pork leg with chocolate and scampi.
