Hisop

Hisop was one of the biggest disappointments in our search for vegetables in Barcelona. We feel that the team is still looking for the balance and the style of cooking. We missed balance across the line. Nevertheless, we think that we should give this restaurant opportunities to develop better as a vegetable restaurant. The products are seasonal and are of good quality.
