Chef Jens Rittmeyer really has fun in his restaurant No.4. And we got to enjoy it. He cooks with the best ingredients, but the vegetable creations gave us the most satisfaction. Why not permanently offer a 100% vegetable menu? Many would not miss meat or fish. Time for the next step Jens?
