Jens Rittmeyer makes creative, intense and particularly tasteful dishes in the "Nordic" style. In addition to fish, shellfish and meat, he puts a lot of emphasis on his vegetable preparations, including dessert. Also this year he organises 12 times a ‘Farm to Table pop up’ in the middle of nature with local products. Also new is "The Green Table" where he cooks with his favourite vegetables.
