Purezza

Purezza started in 2016 as the first vegan pizzeria in England and now has two restaurants, in Camden and Brighton. Pizzas are based on daily freshly prepared sourdough that ripens for 48 hours before being processed. Cheeses such as mozzarella and raw cashew cheese are homemade. There are also always gluten-free and raw food options. The range includes classics such as Margherita and Marinara but also pizzas such as "Couch Potato" topped with smoked mozzarella, roasted eggplant, oven-baked potatoes, basil, shaved seitan and garlic mayonnaise. Children under 10 eat for free.
