Sophisticated Thai food! PRU has its own farm with a 15.000 m2 vegetable garden where vegetables, herbs and flowers are grown. The farm is situated by the sea, in an area with lakes, forests and hills. Vegetable chef Jim Ophorst uses the local ingredients and vegetables as a basis and brings out the richness of the ingredients into his dishes. We are fans.
