The Pony and Trap is a 200-year-old pub that has been transformed into a restaurant with a growing reputation, including a Michelin star. The own kitchen garden and local ingredients supply the kitchen. As a starter, among other things, a potato and cheddar terrine, with Homewood Ewe's curd and winter vegetables and as main dish gnocchi with Homewood ricotta, purple sprouting broccoli and sesame or Somerset pork chop with Bath Chaps, onion soubise and apple.
