Petale De Sakura
Petale de Sakura's culinary philosophy is "vegetables from the field in the moment". Chef Hideyuki Namba has great respect for growers but also for French cuisine. He was therefore allowed to enjoy a broad education from various French chefs. This is also reflected in the creations, which are a mix between Japanese and French. Vegetables get a nice place, but for now rather in a supporting role. Nevertheless, we believe that the chef can work magic with vegetables, and we want to give an impulse for this by already listing the restaurant with 1 Radish.
