For a restaurant with a name like that, we assume it fits into the We're Smart® Green Guide. Chef Yusuke Nakada is a big fan of the chantarelle mushroom and the search for it in the woods when harvesting. Many mushroom varieties find their way into the restaurant's creations, but it remains a very classic French style with the traditional construction of the dishes. All very tasty but not yet a fully-fledged vegetable restaurant... at the moment!
