Chef Nao has a focus on vegetables and fish. The dishes are true living paintings, you'll want to start them in no time. Vegetables are pretty much always in the lead role, are also the colour & flavour bringers. The tasting menu can be accompanied by a customised non-alcoholic pairing, her husband Kenichiro Motohashi takes care of this with great style and taste.
