Osteria Perilla

Marcello Corrado is the new chef at Osteria Perilla in the medieval village of Rocca d'Orcia. For his modern terroir cuisine, he relies on local seasonal produce to create dishes such as duck liver escalope with roasted prawns, carrots and ginger or homemade beetroot gnocchi, sauce and cod cheeks with cream of Cetarean artichokes.
