They take farm-to-table very closely here, growing many of the vegetables in their vegetable garden attached to the restaurant. They work seasonally and their dishes consist mainly of vegetables from the BBQ grill. The vegetables are minimally processed and also prepared very well in terms of texture. However, the dishes still lack some sophistication and are often flavoured with lots of butter or other dairy products. As a vegetarian, you can do well here; as a vegan, actually, you can't. This, and because the menu leans heavily on dairy, means that there are no more than 3 Radishes to hand out.
