On Tuesdays, there is an exceptional 11-course "Memorable Times" menu, a bomb of creativity from the entire female kitchen staff. So meals can be very simple, but also very surprising. Vegetables come with everything and with flavour, but to be clear this is not a plant-based restaurant. Still, we at We're Smart Green Guide believe the talent is there and the current dishes already demonstrate that it is possible. What do you think chef?
