Mrs Robertson’s

The bar is set high at Mrs Robertson's. Everything here must be natural, organic, local, seasonal, circular, wild plants if possible, honest, innovative, fun and respectful of tradition. Quite a challenge if you ask us, but a noble one to pursue. And what does that mean on the plate: a very simple, pure cuisine, colourful and with lots of taste. Vegetables are refined but rarely to be found in 100% vegetable recipe. Still, we think this restaurant belongs in the We're Smart Green Guide with 1 Radish to start with!
