The Loyalist

The Loyalist is located just below Smith and presents itself as a family brasserie. It offers a menu in which hamburgers, seafood dishes, fish, matured meat, omelettes and vegetables find a place. There are some unique combinations such as beets from the farm with apples, tarragon and Banyuls; wild mushrooms with apple puree and Bordelaise sauce or biscuit with shallot puree and aged cheddar supplemented with products from neighbour Smyth's farm.
