La Dune

An eco Hotel Restaurant, that can cover a lot of loads! La Dune wants to take its time and does so by working with regional ingredients, organic vegetables and herbs from its own garden in the middle of nature and by working out sustainable projects. Chef Anthony Hardy lets himself be guided by the sea and the garden and is an expert at combining salty ingredients that he processes with respect and great taste.
