Chef Matthieu Hervé wants to make Le Cèdre a new culinary attraction for the region, and rightly so! And to please everyone, each menu is discussed and adapted to the wishes of each customer in advance. So everything is possible here. And yes, the vegetable menu can really be there. This chef has understood how you can score plant-based. If allowed, in the enthusiasm to show what the team has to offer, people sometimes want to combine too many ingredients and flavours. We're Smart thinks this is not necessary, we believe that a slightly greater focus on the taste of the main vegetable will benefit the creation. We would like to return soon to the beautiful Château de Montcaud to follow the evolution!
