Pierre Caillet is a chef with a mission. He is convinced that the vegetable kitchen is the future, but now he has to get his customers. There is doubt in the kitchen. However, the restaurant is in the middle of a large vegetable garden where Pierre can grow everything he needs. For the time being, the search for the right balance remains to appeal to the traditional French. It is therefore time that this restaurant is also known outside its region.
